This tutorial will show you how simple it is to fix an over exposed photo in photo shop. An over exposure occurs when the picture is taken in bright light. This normally occurs during the middle of the day, at the beach (sun light reflecting from the water) or in the snow (sun light reflecting from the snow). It can occur in other situations as well, however with this tutorial you can fix over exposure in photographs.
